They did not sweep up the debris on my deck though. I guess they didn't want to go on the deck, but they could have asked me if I wanted it swept. "Jim arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He had to drill holes into the tile in both of my bathrooms to install the grab bars. The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."

They cleaned the gutters (checked gutter fasteners and down spouts and added a gutter guard), installed a chimney cap, cleaned and mitigated black mold in my HVAC, installed a UV light to provide hospital quality air in the house, cleaned the fireplace and inspected the chimney. So happy with the service. I’d be happy to have them come out again for any job that I needed help with. Can’t recommend American Chimney enough and I’m so glad I found them here on Angi."
