Al was very thorough to not only look at the chimney, but also to stay with me until we had fully built a fire and had it burning long enough to run a full test of the appliance. "Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! I was so impressed that in the Spring I'd like them to come and do some masonry work for me. Highly recommend. They really are committed to doing good work and meeting the needs of their customer Special thanks for seeing to my issue before my TV install. We are ready for the Superbowl!!"
