"Phenomenal customer service--honestly the best experience I've ever had with a home-related project. Tiffany was especially helpful both in preparation for the installation (providing quotes, answering questions) and during the set up, but the whole team was a pleasure to work with! They were kind and considerate when doing the installation while I worked from home. The installed fireplace is exactly what I wanted and looks great. I would absolutely work with them again, and they'll be my first choice as masonry and fireplace-related needs come up in the future."

"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! I was so impressed that in the Spring I'd like them to come and do some masonry work for me. Highly recommend. They really are committed to doing good work and meeting the needs of their customer Special thanks for seeing to my issue before my TV install. We are ready for the Superbowl!!"
