The kitchen design and remodeled was more than we could have asked for. They paid attention to every detail and delivered on time and under budget. The bedroom/office renovation was perfect. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again.

My experience with LFC Services and Home Repair was a great and satisfying. Mr. Tony Heard and his crew was hired to complete multiple upgrades, and task to our newly built home. They were prompt, courteous, clean and very efficient. Once their team got started it was completed to our expectations. We were very excited to see our visions of upgrades come to fruition. I would definitely use LFC Services and Home Repair again and highly recommend them.

LFC did a complete remodel of our kitchen - new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting and paint. They were professional, courteous, competitively priced and did a great job. Their services included kitchen design consultation. All in all a GREAT renovation experience and I have a gorgeous new kitchen that was complete quicker than scheduled.

The team was very professional in providing the work and services of projects that we wanted done. They were on time and the completion of the work was all done in a timely manner. We are very pleased to have chosen this particular company. I would highly recommend them!!!

LFC Services did a great job in repairing my backyard fence. They were very timely and professional from the beginning to the completion of the project.

I needed to upgrade my galley style kitchen in an old row house in DC. Last reno was 20 years ago, a lot of wear and tear was showing and some issues behind the scenes needed to be fixed. Not able to make the kitchen bigger, was hoping by making it lighter and brighter with cabinets and paint would give it a more specious appearance. My initial meeting with Mr. Tony Heard gave me a lot of confidence that he understood what I was looking for as well as ensuring that any issues would be addressed and resolved. The first day of renovation, I met with the team, led by Mr. George Pitts who explained the process. They were all very personable and just all-around good people to work with. One of my neighbors mentioned, "I bet your kitchen will look amazing, those guys are the happiest contractors I have ever seen. Seems they love what they do". I had to agree, everyone was a joy to work with and it really put my mind at ease. The communication with Mr. George and others was always clear and timely, specially making it a point to show me specific issues that needed to be fixed, and the cost so there would be no financial surprises. I had no doubt that the outcome was going look nice, but I must admit that once I saw the finished kitchen I was extremely pleased. The look and the attention to detail, came out better than I expected. It was completed right before Thanksgiving and family and friends were amazed. And to top it all off, I got exactly what I wanted in a kitchen, and it all came within my budget. Win Win!! I highly recommend LFC Services, great group to work with and really strive to give you the best finished product possible.

This team did a wonderful job on my Deck. I had promised and my wife this add on years ago and the team at LFC made it possible to finally fulfill the promise. The Crew was efficient, timely and courteous. They cleaned up their workspace everyday when done. The LFC team suggested a few upgrades that still kept me within budget but made a world of difference for the final product. (Knotty Pine Ceiling was amazing when done) I recommend LFC for anyone's next home improvement project. David W

Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. I ended up having a completely new tub, shower, tiles, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, towel rack and cabinet installed. I couldn't be any happier or satisfied. Mr. Heard explain the entire process to you in the beginning, he was so patient to answer all of my questions throughout the project. I was referred to Mr. Heard by my mother who has used them for years. I was so confident in their ability and their service that I moved in with my parents for the seven days it took to complete the project. Gave them a key to my home and relaxed while they gave me the bathroom of my dreams. I never worried about anything being stolen or anything like that. One of the best things about Mr. Heard is that he's a Christian and he believes in being honest.

The work was completed as scheduled.

Discussing what my vision looked like with LFC/Tony Heard was great. Tony was attentive, honest and compassionate about my ideas. He explained the process in detail and provided a project timeline which was very helpful. The team was very attentive and adhered to the timeline. The best thing was the constant communication followup from both the team and Tony. I cannot thank the LFC family enough for the end results of our gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. 

Fantastic experience with a responsive, highly skilled, professional team of carpenters, handymen, painters, counter and flooring specialists. We initially contacted LFC to redesign a half wall/counter in a basement kitchenette area so we could remove and replace an old refrigerator. Tony listened, assessed the situation and came up with a very creative and cost effective solution for our problem: They cut back the half wall and kept the existing counter by carefully cutting it and installing a hinge so it could swing up and down. To save on flooring costs, they used extra carpet and tile that we had and blended it in. We were so pleased that we had him come back out to look at the recurring rotten wood problem around our front door entryway and our garage door. Tony suggested cost effective, non-wood materials, a custom design by his carpenter to preclude further water erosion, and a fresh coat of paint. The carpentry detail and overall finish are exceptional.

We hired Tony and LFC to do a full kitchen remodel. Tony's team was very professional and helped address a lot of issues that were found as we went through the process. Tony kept us updated on where we were in the project and answered any questions we had along the way. We are extremely happy with the results!

LFC presented us with a thorough and clear work agreement. I loved the construction project schedule that Tony presented us with the day that work began. It was great to know where we were, what was coming up and when payments were due - no surprises. Tony was also excellent about communicating throughout our project. I know that he was busy, but he always got back to me in a timely fashion and I felt that he and the crew were always looking out for us. His workers were incredibly efficient and meticulous. It showed that they were proud of their work. I feel that they went above and beyond what I expected.

My backsplash is beautiful. Tony Heard, one of the owners of the company was professional and attentive to my specific requirements. The gentlemen who installed the backsplash, came in did their job, were very diligent and professional. I thought it would take a couple of days to complete, but it was done in one day. They cleaned up the debris and dust and made sure that I was happy. I am very satisfied with my completed project. I have even discussed future home projects that I could hire LFC for with Tony. The cost for this project was very reasonable and worth it.

Strongly recommended. Tony H has much skill and experience and attention to detail. He was thorough and precise. His work was impeccable. He is very professional in responding to my request quickly and accurately. I will definitely be calling LFC for future work.

Mr. Heard and the L.F.C. crew are a professional team. Mr. Heard is very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained in detail first hand of the process in repairing our deck. We received a very reasonable and honest estimate. They are the most friendly and caring crew you would every love working with. The crew was always on time and answered any questions we had. The deck was completed before we even realized it. The high quality of their work is (Outstanding). We now have a beautiful deck to show off and entertain our guest. They were very professional and had integrity when dealing with me and my family. They treated their job as if they were working on their own house. Our house is drawing a lot of attention because of the quality of their work. May I make a suggestion to give classes on how to do the work correctly and how other businesses should deal with their customers.

LFC did a wonderful job converting my bathtub to an enclosed shower with seat and glass doors. I have used their services before and will use them again. They are honest men with integrity. They are very professional, knowledgeable and punctual.

Amazingly smooth and perfect for 3 main reasons. (FYI - LFCs services were from a referral from a co-worker) First, Tony, Uncle Meat, and their entire team could not have been easier to work with. They treated our house like it was their house. Our family like it was their family. They took care to keep the disruption of our daily routine to a minimum. Their workers were properly supervised each day and were respectful. They provided a detailed work schedule that was strictly followed and it was clear when payment installments were due. When there was a need to change the schedule, Tony provided a new work schedule within 2 days. We have never had such a good experience with a contractor. We plan to use them again and already have put them on projects with our family and friends. We were that satisfied and trust their services that much. Second, their work was spotless, professional and timely. Their team's workmanship was of high quality. Whenever something did not look right, it was immediately corrected. Tony or Uncle Meat reviewed all of the work done by their workers to make sure it was functional and looked good. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. It is refreshing in this day and age. As with any construction project, it lasted longer than predicted. However, it was only as much time as needed to have the project done well and to high standards. Third, they worked within our budget. Our repair/remodel was caused by a water leak while we were on vacation. It was devastating. The insurance company was tough to work with. Trying not to cover certain damage. Tony was open and honest with this approach with us and the insurance company. He spoke directly with the insurance company and with additional submittals was able to get them to cover a large percentage of the damage. This was because of his tenacity and calm manner in dealing with them. His financial costs were on par with the going rate. This gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus more on the repair and not the insurance costs.

Tony and his team always do excellent work no matter what the job. I have used him for several home repairs and he is my go-to person whenever I need repair work done. On 2-28-2019 I needed the siding on a rental property repaired. Tony discovered that the wood under the siding needed to be replaced and advised that it be repaired to avoid further problems. I am confident that Tony advises on the best solutions at the best rate.
