I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! "The customer service before the installation was outstanding - very attentive to detail, product knowledge was exceptional, and no high pressure sales.  Max went out of his way to bring full size samples of the siding to ensure that we were pleased with the quality and colors.  We felt like we were provide the best price initially - no back and forth negotiations were needed.  During and after the installation, the customer service and responsiveness remained outstanding.  The crew were professional, pleasant and did an excellent job. "I hired Innovative Home Improvements to replace the cedar siding on my home with vinyl siding. They removed all existing siding, replaced rotted wood, installed Alside Prodigy siding, removed and replaced soffits and gutters, and capped the entire house. They also did some custom work for me in places that required special attention to ensure there was no stone unturned before leaving. My experience working with Paul, Mr. Jung, and Alex was awesome. "I hired B&R Siding in 2018, after a strong windstorm had torn away a big piece of siding on one side our our two-story home. After the insurance company determined that the original siding was no longer available, they agreed to cover the full cost of replacing siding for the whole house. After interviewing other well-reviewed companies, I decided to with B&R because, first of all, they were the first to respond to our wind-damage a month or two earlier, very neatly and securely covering the exposed portion. We had them remove asbestos siding, repair and replace all of the rotting wood underneath, stabilize our addition, replace rotting windows, install HardiePlank siding and custom windows, add wiring for outdoor lighting, update a bathroom, and install a custom door. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. "Fred Muela from Liberty Windows and Siding Inc. gave us a fantastic quote to install all the windows and replace the siding. The price was better than other companies and the installation went smoothly. A few years later the trim coil (aluminum trim over the house wood trim) started to peel off in a few places. I contacted the trim coil manufacturer per Liberty Windows and Siding Inc warranty information/instructions and they were making me call one office after the other and eventually they did not stand behind their product and the warranty. I checked with Fred Muela and he sent someone to replace the trim coil at no charge. This is the type of company Liberty Windows and Siding Inc is. I was recommending them before and now is a no brainer to recommend them. We are very happy we chose them."
