Would highly recommend Basement Gurus for anyone looking for foundation repairs and/or basement waterproofing. I had both completed and was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. The inspector that came to my house (Josh) was very knowledgeable and thorough and provided what I believe was a better solution to my problem than what the competitors suggested. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price and now I have a completely dry basement, I couldn’t be happier!

These guys were amazing. Needed a qoute for high humidity and slight water intrusion. They came out and formulated a great plan at a reasonable cost. No water since and less humidity!!

Met with Don at my home for a free estimate. He arrived on time, understood my issue immediately and provided a reasonable quote right on the spot. Don is a consummate professional, obviously years in the business. A contract was provided and signed same day. The job was scheduled and the crew arrived on time. They covered and protected egress and working areas from dust and debris. My French drain system and sump pump along with newly concreted rear interior wall were completed in one day! Don and his crew were awesome, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

The team arrived on time to do extensive work on my basement floor and walls and outside underground drainage issues. They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. A rubber membrane was installed behind the house siding. We?ve had several days of heavy rain since the waterproofing work was completed and the basement floor and walls have remained dry. We recommend Basement Gurus to other homeowners experiencing waterproofing problems for dependable and satisfying solutions.

Josh and his team did an amazing job and extremely easy to work with. By the time Josh completed the project he felt like family! We hired Basement Gurus o install a French drain in our basement. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. The basement has stayed completely dry since the work was done. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others on Angi.

I requested a quote and Lucas was out the next day to check out the basement. He identified my initial problem of water coming in on one wall and explained why it was happening. Instead of doing the one wall, he recommended that he install a full perimeter system which I was iffy about at first but he did a great job explaining why it was necessary to fully protect my finished basement. I was on the schedule the same week of the estimate and Lucas and his team were finished up by Saturday. The crew was very efficient and professional and did a great job of cleaning up after completion. We now have a dry basement and peace of mind after the gurus waterproofing and I would highly recommend Lucas and his team for any basement needs!

They are very professional and efficient, courteous. There are no leak and we are very please with their work.

They were overwhelmed with work, but when they finally got here, they appear to have done a great job. however we will not really understand this until the first large rainfall which should be in the next few months.

Better pricing than others because it included finished walls (there were extra charges for additional finishing like drywall). Easy to work with the team for planning and scheduling, and the work was done efficiently. Good network for additional services like flooring.

Work done in a timely manner. Job site left clean. Project successfully completed.
