"Woke up @ 4:20am to no water.  After some quick searching online, R&G popped up with excellent reviews at homeadvisore.com and Angie's list.  I called R&G~ 5:30 am, and spoke to the owners (I believe); I will note the 410 number redirected me as being out of service, but the 1-800 number went thru.  We were put on that morning's itinerary and Jeff & Dave were here at 10:30 am.  Appreciated that they called at 10 to let me know they'd be here in about 30 minutes.  When they got here, they inspected inside and outside; the well pump had failed (it was installed in 1971, and we were told we got more than typical life out of it) and needed to be replaced, as expected. Both Jeff and Dave were courteous, and the only thing that slowed them down was a plumbing materials run to the store to finish the job.  They were done at 1pm, and we tested the water in the house with success.  We ended up paying a bit more because some other materials with the submerged well pump needed to be replaced.  Having leaned heavily on reviews here and not in a position to get other bids, I'm not sure if the price was an "A", but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Plus, we were able to take advantage of an Angie's List coupon which saved us $100. Anyhow, we were without water for ~8-9 hours, and that's impressive given I feared we'd be waiting a day or so.  In fact, we use Water Doctor for our whole-house treatment and R-O system, and I will talk to my wife about switching to R&G, as they do that type of work too."

"Patrick was professional from the time I reached out up until his arrival at my home. I explained that the control valve from my sump pump seemed to be malfunctioning over the phone, and within a couple of minutes of being on site and verifying the issue, he got to work. About an hour later, he had the part replaced and my sump pump functioning normally and much more quieter than it had been prior. He even cleaned out the basin the pump was sitting in and disposed of the yard debris that crept in. The homeowner and plumbing wisdom that he bestowed on our household was elite as well. If you are building a new home with a basement, put a sump pump in, don't scrimp on what is a very valuable insurance policy. "Rema came out on a Sunday to replace my sump pump. There was a terrible smell coming from the sump pit and the pump was not working. The pit was filling up and the water was near the top. A large squirrel had gotten in and chewed the electrical wires and drowned in the pit. Needless to say the smell was quite awful!! Rema took care of everything. He had a pump available that was better quality than the one I had purchased. He completed the installation of the pump and installed a new back flow valve. He also stabilized the pipe and rerouted the wire to keep it off the floor. I was pleased by the speed at which he arrived. I mad my initial request on Home Advisor at 3 pm and Rema was at my home shortly after 5 pm. I would definitely use his services again. The price and quality of work was excellent and his installation work was much better than the old pump installation."

"I called the plumber because I had a leak in my house I thought was attributable to a leaky dishwasher.  When that turned out not to be the case, I called the plumbing company for an emergency appointment, as water was pooling in my basement.  The company had a plumber call me promptly to arrange an appointment, and conveniently the plumber finished the job and arrived at my location within 45 minutes. 
The plumber promptly identified the problem and explained why he believed that was the problem.  The plumber then just checked potential alternative causes nonetheless.  This turned up the improper toilet installation.  
From here the plumber discussed the fixes and costs related to the various options with explanations.  I then explain the options I would like to pursue, and the plumber began working offering to show me the issues as they could be readily observed as he was completing the repairs.
I plan on using this company for all my future plumbing needs.
