We hired Bonsby to inspect a previously backed up sewage line to determine the source of the issue and whether our upstairs neighborâ s unit is responsible, if our pipes are connected, etc. Our service tech Jairo was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through his entire assessment (the walls were still open from the restoration work so we could see all of the pipes) he explained which pipe went where, their overlap, how everything worked and took plenty of pics/videos. He also showed me another leak in the pipes and came up with an estimate for all the necessary work on the spot. I canâ t speak to their actual work in fixing the issue but as for an inspection, Iâ m satisfied. Scheduling/rescheduling our appointment was also easy.

It wasn't cheap, but they did do a very professional job in a timely manner, with great customer service. What really sold me was the fact that the plumber who came to do the estimate spent about a half hour with us, figuring out ways to solve our space problems. We eventually went with one of his ideas, which was not something we had thought to do before. New installation works great and looks good!

One thing I like about this company is free estimate . When coming out . More plumbing companies should do that . Give free estimates You can’t beat it .

We are reglazing the tile and tub and he gave us good information on what we need to do to replace them ourselves when the glazing is done..
