"RIBA construction was recommended by one of my neighbors. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. As a result of this great experience, shortly thereafter I selected RIBA Construction to complete a number of other projects (all completed concurrently with diligent coordination): - Windows and Sliding Doors --> replaced forty (40) old wood windows with new vinyl casement windows - Siding --> replaced (20 squares) of engineered wood with new vinyl siding - Capping --> All windows, doors, and trim capped with aluminum and vinyl soffit vents - Gutters --> installed 300+ feet of new gutters and downspouts While no project goes perfectly, everyone at RIBA Construction really cares about doing the right thing and made everything the way it should be without hesitation. In the end, the exterior of my home has been completely renovated and I now have a virtually maintenance-free exterior. I'm very happy with the appearance and functionality as well as the value of all services. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection.
