Mario replaced the whole house humidifier for me. ( I selected thermostat install because I was not able to find an entry for humidifier install). He came to my house twice before the installation to help me to figure out which model is the best fit for me. He was very honest and patient. He gave me pros and cons on different models with no sales pressure at all. He did a wonderful job with the installation. He didn't take any shortcuts. He put in the new water input tube just because it is better rather than less work. He connected the humidifier control to my existing NEST thermostat. So I can adjust the humidity level from my phone. He explained to me patiently how the new humidifier works. His price was very reasonable. his job was very thorough. I would definitely hire him for future projects.

Great customer setvice

I started the summer out with some air conditioner problems. they did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Fortunately it turned out to not be too serious, but it did require some work. I was very happy with the quality of the work and thought the cost was reasonable. I plan to have them out for regular inspections.

On time, courteous and very professional service. Explained everything being done and gave recommendations to keep the system in working order. I will call them for my regular maintenance needs.

Outstanding service. My AC had stopped working. Other firms either couldn't serve my system or put me on waiting list. Mario Brothers came the same day I called. They diagnosed the problem, got replacement part. Our AC was running the next day Great customer service experience!

My AC went out on the hottest day of the year .After being told I needed an entire new system averaging 11k, I hired Mario bros from home advisor .He was very prompt. Very courteous and within 15 minutes he informed me that ALL I needed was a new motor . He also installed a digital thermostat as well .parts and labor around 700$. One hour later I had completely cold air throughout my house again !! 1 weak later I had a problem with my hot water heater. He came out and fixed the problem at NO CHARGE ! I can t thank him enough !!! I m so glad MARIO BROS was the 1st to pop up on my work request !!

I had a previous experience with a company, that tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, after getting a second opinion I realize they were trying to charge me 3 times more. Mario explained everything and provided options. I have and would recommend his company.

My AC went out and Mario contacted me back within 20 minutes of me submitting my request. Mario came to the house on the next day. He came to my house on the 4th of July. This was a great sacrifice on his part. Mario ordered my emergency equipment and he brought it to my house in a very timely matter. Mario was very professional and he did a very very very excellent job. I highly recommend Mario to everyone.

What I really liked was I was contacted the day my problem began and Mario came that day. He recharged our freon, and replaced the dead 50 volt fuses which were dead, and lo and behold my heat pump started to work again. I would hire Mario again. He gave good and effective service and he was prompt.

Mario Bro fixed my very old central AC unit and got it back up to the best performance it is capable of. Mario is friendly, professional, and good at explaining what he is doing and how he determines the efficiency and performance of the cooling system. He gave advice on potential replacement systems if/when the time comes.

I am impressed with this company from the first visit when I received the estimate. I had other companies to provide me with estimates but felt uneasy with the other companies approach to replacing the air conditioning unit and their lack of professionalism. With Mario Bro, I was at ease because they were so informative and also asked if I had any other questions when they gave me the estimate on the spot. Even after the unit was installed, I received a follow-up phone call to see how it was going. I selected the right company for a job well done!
