"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

Their workmanship, customer service, and pricing are simple excellent. And they are very nice people as well. This is the only company I will use for cleaning rugs in the future."

"Hired Hydro Clean for medium area carpet cleaning. Tech was on time and was ready to go! My husband is more aware of expert cleaning & was not satisfied with the level of cleaning we received.
