"Gentleman representing the company showed up as scheduled.  He took a look at the basement, took some measurements, completed some documentation which ultimately didn't help us out.  Situation:  Moisture is coming in through the walls due to poor soil/soil drainage outside the house.  Unfortunately, this company doesn't do regrading, landscaping, or fix drainage problems causing the problem to begin with.  They recommend a product on the concept that your walls are coming in and you need to fix the symptom.  Perhaps, the concept works for folks, but the estimate didn't help in my case.

"Outdoor advantage did a superb job. They removed a large (20x12) fish pond that had been in place for over 30 years. They had to haul away about 6 tons of field stone then create a flat and level surface for the pool. They then seeded and put straw down on the bare area. They showed up on time and finished at the end of the day. Outdoor advantage is my go to company for any landscaping project.
