"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. So far the work they did has solved the problem successfully, and we look forward to their return in the spring for more corrective landscaping. "Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"When I left a review of MD Legacy last year for building a beautiful paver-stone pad, I wrote that I looked forward to calling Eric again in the spring for some additional work. And WOW--they just finished the new projects, which have completely transformed the entire perimeter of our house! We hired them to remove overgrown bushes along the front of our house and create new garden beds in their place, as well as lawn leveling and grass treatments. As he did last year, Eric stayed in virtually constant communication by text and phone, patiently answering our many questions and addressing every issue we brought up with creative solutions. We could tell he was giving the project his full attention, and he designed the new garden beds in gorgeous shapes that complement the contours of our property, with super high-quality materials--from the stunning stone garden walls to the river jack stones laid along the house and used as accents elsewhere. They were true artists with the stone wall, making precise measurements and cuts to create smooth curves, and in all their choices they made sure to direct the flow of water away from the foundation. They even cleaned up the yard impeccably. Eric and his crew made the whole experience an absolute pleasure, and at the same time turned our landscaping dreams into reality. We can't wait to have them back for the planting phase!"

It was clear Carlos had a background in structural engineering as he was able to answer all my questions pertaining to anything structural.
