He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "This past year, as we were removing the old wood paneling in our basement, we found a diagonal crack along one of our exterior walls. "My experience with this company was great. I sought to receive a quote for waterproofing due to some mold on my baseboard and a small crack in my foundation. The person that I met with was Jeff. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He informed me of a pipe leak that was causing the mold growth and ways that it can be repaired to stop the mold growth (not what another company did--they wanted to sell me something that I did not need and never mentioned the leaking pipe).
