He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "This past year, as we were removing the old wood paneling in our basement, we found a diagonal crack along one of our exterior walls. If a crack in a wall is not terrifying enough we had signs of previous water damage and the possibility of a crack in the foundation.
