"They found two 6 foot by 3 foot sink holes when they were preparing the land for the patio pavers.  For an additional $200 they brought in stones and filled both holes.  The patio is 15' x 20' in shades of grey stone and is exactly what I wanted.  Afterward they even put down grass seed and hay where their equipment had made a path into the yard.  I would never have expected that and was very thankful they thought to do so.  I would highly recommend them.

"Called for an estimate and the company came out and provided a free estimate for the spot I was looking to install a patio. Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies. The job took a day to do and it was all coordinated over email because of my schedule. I just left the gate unlock. It looks great and is everything I imagined. "I had Freedom Fencing replace a fence for me a few years back and there were a few planks that had popped loose. I called them to come to take a look and Steve called me and indicated he was going to check it out and would call me back. By the end of the evening when I arrived home later that date the fence had been repaired! Planks were replaced and he even shaved off gate door as was tight to close. I didn't even ask him to fix gate! I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and efficient!"

"I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"

"Work done on time, neatly, and efficiently. Did not disrupt our routine. Area is clean and upgraded. It is something that does not show itself, but we know the importance of this thing. We have an old, old field stone basement and water is always an issue. The new pit is larger and should cut down on wear for the pump, a battery backup system that give peace of mind for the power outages that come usually in heavy and crazy storms, as Baltimore sometimes gets these."

During the planning stage, Eric was always easy to reach by phone and text, and he was happy to accommodate all of our design choices. On the project day, his dad Reggie and a small crew installed the pavers to perfection. They were all so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful. They spread grass seed not only on the areas they disturbed, but on many other bare spots around our lawn, without my even asking. And they cleaned up the jobsite completely, leaving no trace of dirt or gravel. The resulting paver pad is absolutely stunning, and made from excellent quality materials. I look forward to calling Eric again in the spring to address our other landscaping issues!"

"Not convinced the work was needed. The person who came to look over job did not appear to look over complete issue before making recommendation. Vertical Brick on front porch was separating. When inspecting under house Person did not open passage way to see if brick sat on brick ledge. Did not have his screwdriver. Brick does not sit on a brick ledge so the 6 pillars installed really did not help. Went to another company for foam injection to lift brick."
