They also repaired our brick front steps and porch, and installed new path lights to replace old, failing lighting. Kyle is easy to communicate with, and offered a lot of good ideas. We liked his design for new landscaping, and we look forward to moving ahead with the planting in the spring."

"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

I called them to come to take a look and Steve called me and indicated he was going to check it out and would call me back. By the end of the evening when I arrived home later that date the fence had been repaired! Planks were replaced and he even shaved off gate door as was tight to close. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "Decorus did a great job of building a brick wall and grading the yard for additional level surface. This was a safety issue for my grand children who might have rolled down into the river on such a steep grade. The decorative & Functional fence did not obstruct our waterfront views. Both teams cleaned up nicely. They even blew the mowed grass on our sidewalk which was not their responsibility. Thanks to the crew."

The masons came and were equally nice and did beautiful work pointing our chimney and grinding and remortaring the bluestone patio.
