I called them to come to take a look and Steve called me and indicated he was going to check it out and would call me back. "Not convinced the work was needed. The person who came to look over job did not appear to look over complete issue before making recommendation. Vertical Brick on front porch was separating. When inspecting under house Person did not open passage way to see if brick sat on brick ledge. Did not have his screwdriver. Brick does not sit on a brick ledge so the 6 pillars installed really did not help. Went to another company for foam injection to lift brick."

"This past year, as we were removing the old wood paneling in our basement, we found a diagonal crack along one of our exterior walls. If a crack in a wall is not terrifying enough we had signs of previous water damage and the possibility of a crack in the foundation. We called AA Action Waterproofing to give an assessment and these guys were thorough. Robert spent 3 hours explaining in detail the process by which the damage occurred, the methods to repair said damage, and the steps necessary to maintain the integrity of the basement.
