"Great experience from start to finish. My appointment was with Carlos who also provided my quotation. Unlike his competitors he came prepared with material samples along with pictures of previous projects. It was clear Carlos had a background in structural engineering as he was able to answer all my questions pertaining to anything structural. I received my proposal the same day of my appointment which others took weeks. It included firm pricing for permits which others only provided a range of cost. The job was well managed with keeping their workers on task and managing material deliverers along with keeping me up to date on job statis. "I have nothing but good words for this company and its owner, David. I had stone steps installed in early 2025 and did a fantastic job. I had one stone come loose right after our last snow and I contacted David about it. He sent someone out in less than a week to repair it. And recently, I contacted them to do a spring clean-up, redo a garden with the addition of a retaining wall, and to install stone steppers on a hill. From start to finish, it was professionalism all the way. David was very prompt in putting the proposal together and after I agreed with the terms, he got me on the schedule for work to be done in less than 3 weeks. "Their literature stated that there would be dust and I acknowledge that. However, I was not prepared for the amount of fine dust caused by grinding existing wall treatment and mold. They did not use any dust containment device on their grinder and the dust was so thick in the air you could hardly see the wall from the end of the garage. They should have known about fine dust due to grinding and offered to cover up equipment and things in the garage or suggested I remove items or cover more things up. They did not use a vacuum with dust collection when cleaning up. With the possibility of mold and find dust in the air, I claim it was a possible health hazard and maybe an OSHA violation."

"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money.
