We received an estimate to tear the old deck down and replaced the new deck before Dan left our home. Dan & Candy, the office manager, followed up with the permits & our HOA requirements. The approximate period of time to get the deck started and to finish were as agreed on our contract. "I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "The walls of the outside stairwell are beautiful, even though it's cinder block! An additional layer of cinder block was suggested so that water doesn't go into the stairwell. Drainage and a reservoir was added to move the water away from the stairwell. We will see once a long, hard rain comes if the basement will flood. The folks at Outdoor Advantage were very nice and knowledgeable!"
