Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. Yes, we admit it. We’re tree huggers. Given the amount of attention normally paid to our leafy friends, it’s a wonder some don’t have an inferiority complex.
