Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. The price included taking the tree down, hauling the trunk, cutting the branches to length that would fit in my free standing fireplace, and grinding the stump - all for significantly less than other estimates received - more in line with the cost I was expecting. "Very friendly estimator, listened to what I wanted done and explained about their insurances and worker's comp payments. Treescape was the first and only company to respond to my HomeAdvisor/Angi inquiry which surprised me. Their price seemed fair to me (and I always underestimate what projects will cost). The work crew arrived on time even though it was a hellishly hot day. Very carefully took down one tree which was between my deck and fence and trimmed back another one about 50%. Excellent clean up, very satisfied and would definitely hire them again. My neighbor had them come out a week later to take down a tree for him."
