"Beautifully. We choose them in 2014 because they were available after a major storm. In 2014, they repaired major damage to several trees and gave us excellent advice about trees on our property. These people are arborists, not merely tree cutters. In 2016, they moved a 10-ft section of decorative block wall away from a large tree. The results were stunning: you would think that the wall had originally been laid in its current location.. In neither case did we get other bids, but I suspect this firm is a bit pricier than many others. Still, I would ask them for a proposal, for you will get a free education that is worth your time."

Kevin and his uncle came out to plant 20 emerald green arborvitae trees along our driveway. They dug all the holes by hand, demonstrating incredible effort and precision. They even moved the excess dirt into a neat pile exactly where we requested. Once the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned up and even blew the driveway free of debris. "When Arborist Mr. Paul Fox confirmed that our beloved apple tree's days were numbered we knew it was time to bring it down. Mr. Fox really knows his trees and answered all my questions in detail. We also had some pines that needed trimming. The price was very fair. The crew did a great job, worked quickly, and were very nice. They left us a good bit of firewood and even stacked it in kind of a semi Stonehenge layout that we loved. I highly recommend Ballard Enterprises for any and all tree service!!"

"We hired them in the summer and in the winter because of the dead tree they missed the first time. They did a good job of getting the dead trees and limbs out, but they trampled multiple small plants that we had just planted and put their equipment on top of our delicate shrubs, even though we asked them not to. They moved our stones and put them on top of our newly planted herbs, destroying part of the herbs. They did replace one plant after I complained."

"I've lived in this house since 2002 and always hated having the 9 pine trees on the side of the property so close to the house. Most of the trees were at least 60+ feet tall. Oliver & Oscar presented a VERY reasonable price quote for the complete tree removal to include hauling away all debris, grinding the stumps and hauling away the wood chips. Trust me when I say reasonable price quote, as I've obtained no less than 20 estimates over the years. They left only the chips to fill in the hole that was left from grinding. They presented their license and insurance upon request and reviews were easily found everywhere. They completed the work in just a little over a days time. We could not be happier with the work performed. The crew was very friendly and was happy to talk and answer any questions we had. He gave me a good price for cutting down a tree and also cutting a stump down to ground level.
