Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They communicated with me by phone, email and text to let me know off the schedules and any chances. Did the work with a team of 5 and large, well-kept machines. removed the stump and removed all the debris and place was in perfect condition (minus our dead tree) when they left. final payment request came in promptly and was easy to pay online. I would hire them again without any hesitation. VERY happy with the company."
