They started with our patio. Pavers were installed over our existing concrete which saved some time and money. Everything was regraded to allow water to drain away from the house. The yard was raked and graded. All existing drains were buried and french drains we installed to prevent any future flooding issues. Raised gardens and border was placed along both sides of the yard. We chose the AstroTurf option for the center of the yard which will allow us many maintenance free years of enjoyment.
