"Exceptional service! Administration, Supervisor/Estimator and Arborists are all extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Each of the 5-man onsite crew (3 climbers, 2 ground) is skilled and professional but together they formed a spectacular team. They coordinated cutting/removing trees that were entwined with electrical and communications cables in a confined space with breathtaking efficiency. The work was started on-time, property was protected and effective clean-up was integrated into the process. Unfortunately, these trees needed to be removed due to safety concerns but would also call them for other services. I believe that this experienced company excels in everything they do and I highly recommend Arbor Care!"

"Excellent services from start to finish! After my initial Angie's List request for a quote, I received a call saying Greg Dionne would be here to discuss the services. Greg was very professional and knowledgeable and I received the quote within a day or two, and found it very well priced. Jacque, the office manager, also provided excellent communications on how to engage the their services and walked me through the entire process. She provided the date to expect the tree service crew (all dependent on weather, of course) and it went seamless! Greg Dionne stopped by the morning the tree crew was expected to give an approximate time frame and mark the trees to be removed. The entire tree crew were great as well, did the tree cutting/removal very fast and professionally. They even took the time to clean up the entire area, I was impressed! Thank you to the entire Howntown Tree crew and staff, they were all very professional and I highly recommended their services!"

"We hired them in the summer and in the winter because of the dead tree they missed the first time. They did a good job of getting the dead trees and limbs out, but they trampled multiple small plants that we had just planted and put their equipment on top of our delicate shrubs, even though we asked them not to. They moved our stones and put them on top of our newly planted herbs, destroying part of the herbs. They did replace one plant after I complained."

"We had a large pine tree fall in our yard, and it was time to trim the other trees, so we purchased an Angies List deal, $1799 for 8 hours of tree service.  When the arborist came out to assess the work, my husband could readily tell that he knew what he was doing, unlike the last company we had hired.  The crew arrived on the agreed upon date and worked despite rainy weather, until it was too dangerous to continue.  They came back about a week later to finish their 8 hours.  They did a very good job.  We paid an extra $250 to have the stump of the fallen tree ground up.  We still have some trees that the crew was unable to get to during their time, but definitely plan on having them come back.

"Randy’s Tree Service Arborist Nelson;Came to me the same day and gave me a affordable quote.He scheduled me for a date that I was available.They came on time.The workers did a excellent job. I had power lines.There team cut that tree down.It was like watching a movie.The next week he scheduled me for the tree stump removal and I didn’t have to be there.I got home and the tree stump was gone. "JMC Tree Service did a thorough, professional job taking down a challenging tree. Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. The price included taking the tree down, hauling the trunk, cutting the branches to length that would fit in my free standing fireplace, and grinding the stump - all for significantly less than other estimates received - more in line with the cost I was expecting.
