"One man was on his phone the whole time, 3 held up the apparatus that ground up the waste, 1 was in the tree, and 2 were watching him and picking up what he cut. They were not careful to keep cuttings off the bushes planted in front of the house. Instead of having a dust pan or something to sweep the leftover leaves into they just blew them up the street and into my yard and my neighbor's yard. While it's called Home Tree Experts, they weren't as good as some I've had. Will I hire them again? I'll have to decide the answer to that in the next couple of years."

"We hired them in the summer and in the winter because of the dead tree they missed the first time. They did a good job of getting the dead trees and limbs out, but they trampled multiple small plants that we had just planted and put their equipment on top of our delicate shrubs, even though we asked them not to. They moved our stones and put them on top of our newly planted herbs, destroying part of the herbs. They did replace one plant after I complained."

They arrived quickly, They knocked on my neighbors door to explain what they would need to do since the majority of the tree had fallen across two fences and into my neighbors yard. They were completely professional and they. worked quickly , non stop, until the job had been completed. They cleaned up both my yard and my neighbors yard perfectly without disturbing or damaging the fencing on either side and they removed every last branch and twig from the ground. "Carlos contacted me promptly after I submitted for quotes. Within an hour he was at the house and ready to work. He gave me a good price for cutting down a tree and also cutting a stump down to ground level. "I've lived in this house since 2002 and always hated having the 9 pine trees on the side of the property so close to the house. Most of the trees were at least 60+ feet tall. Oliver & Oscar presented a VERY reasonable price quote for the complete tree removal to include hauling away all debris, grinding the stumps and hauling away the wood chips. Trust me when I say reasonable price quote, as I've obtained no less than 20 estimates over the years. They left only the chips to fill in the hole that was left from grinding. They presented their license and insurance upon request and reviews were easily found everywhere. They completed the work in just a little over a days time. We could not be happier with the work performed. The crew was very friendly and was happy to talk and answer any questions we had. "JMC Tree Service did a thorough, professional job taking down a challenging tree. Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. The price included taking the tree down, hauling the trunk, cutting the branches to length that would fit in my free standing fireplace, and grinding the stump - all for significantly less than other estimates received - more in line with the cost I was expecting. We were never concerned if they would show up each week. The only reason we are not currently using them is because their prices were higher than we wanted to pay each week.
