"The Buric team did a great job of installing two new HVAC systems in our house at a reasonable price. This is a family run business, the owners of which take pride in their work and pay attention to detai. The Buric team was also able to add zoning our systems, where other contractors had said this would not be possible. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the team cleaned up nicely after itself. We had two babies in the house, and the team took care not to disrupt their sleep schedules."

First, they offered to help me troubleshoot, and they gave me some great tips that allowed me to try and fix the problem myself before they made a service call. As a not-so-handy guy, I realized that I needed the pros, so I requested on-site help. They immediately offered to come over on the day and time most convenient for me, and they spent time with me walking through the pros/cons of different HVAC options.
