"While I was extremely happy with my existing local HVAC company, I made the difficult decision to trust my gut and go with Grove. The Salesperson, Garrett, knew his material. He understood exactly what I wanted to do with the new unit and adding additional zones. He spent the time to explain the pros and cons of each unit and how the design and technology worked with the new features and designs. "I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home).
