"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. "Mr. Viera was on time, I got a 30-45 min call ahead before his arrival, and he was promptly, he is very friendly, professional when he arrived, told me that not to worry, that the issues I was having with my AC that he was gonna take care of it, and he was also was gonna go beyond to make sure that my whole system, was not gonna fail as long as he thoroughly checked it, and let me know if there was anything else that needed to be taken care of it while he was here.
