Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

"The sales rep was very attentive when coming over and designing a solution to our heat and air needs. We were able to get a large team of workers here and knocked out an entire house install in one day. Some trash and miscellaneous items were left in our yard. When we needed additional items from the sales rep he will respond back saying he will take care of it but still has not. I have brought this up to him over 4 times and I still get nothing. The price seemed pretty high, and we had to shop the price around some but the company came with good financing options and some guarantees that others could not. The mini-split units work great."
