"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. "Our dryer vents from the center of the house to just under the second story eves. He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."

"We had our vents cleaned by Hydro Clean and it was a great experience.  The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable.  We live in a small rowhome with very narrow staircases.  Due to this issue they could not get their machine into our basement.  At first the workers left and gave us a recommendation for other options.  Not long after they left the manager called and said they were on their way back and there was something else they could do after all.  He was very  nice and so were the workers who had to come back.  I really appreciated him going the extra mile instead of just letting it be someone else's problem.
