Moises came out the same day that I requested an estimate for the installation of a UV light whole house air purification system, and to chemically clean my AC coil. I had another estimate but Moises gave me a better deal. He also recommended getting a cover for my AC unit for the winter, when he opened it up it was full of leaves and debris. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend MSR.

Very professional. Provided an actual fix to the problem opposed to another company who quoted a whole unit replacement BEFORE even looking for any problem. The fix was fast and accurate. Recommendation is high.

We had another company come out for a quote to fix our broken AC (still under warranty). They came, spent about 2 hours looking at it, told us what was wrong, then left. After leaving we found the AC in a worse state than when they arrived. 2 days later we received a non-itemized estimate, and they refused to itemize it for us, even though it was about double what research told us to expect. So we called out MSR, who came same day to look at it. Long story short, the first company's price was accurate (which if they'd been willing to itemize we would've known) but after making the problem worse, they then mis-diagnosed the issue. MSR fixed it (a different part also still under warranty) for about 1/3 of the first company's estimate. Also working with them was a pleasure, he was informative, fairly priced, and prompt. This is the 4th HVAC company we've used in about 5-6 years because of various issues with the techs, and I can't imagine having that happen with MSR.

Although we had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning, he made sure the service was completed. The service was completed when other company’s had zero availability since my request wasn’t considered “emergency”. Much appreciated MSR!

The customer service was great. He was on time. He explained to me what the project was and how he resolve the issue. I would support his business in the future if needed.

He does more in the bi-annual service checks than other companies, by always cleaning the outside coils with spray hose when one present. He is honest about what is needed & not.

Moises, the company owner, is incredible. I called 5 HVAC companies to get quotes for full system replacement, and MSR was not only the most responsive, but he came out the very next day. He gave me an incredibly competitive and fair quote for my project, and we immediately gave him our business. Unfortunately, our AC died before he could do the work, but he came out to our house at 6pm on a Friday to drop off a portable AC unit so we wouldn't sweat all night long. We thought we'd be stuck without central air for a few days, but Moises came and worked 9 hours on a Saturday to replace both our furnace and our AC unit. Afterwards, he even gave us a great price on a yearly HVAC maintenance plan. MSR is run by an honest, hard-working tradesman who understands what customers want and need. I won't hesitate to recommend him to friends or to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

Very professional, came into my home with covid 19 Mask and foot booties not to mess up my floors.

Mr Moise was excellent and did superb work. He was mindful of the pandemic season we are experiencing because he had on his mask and gloves and even put on shoe covering even though I said it was not necessary. I highly recommend his company.

Moises, who is the owner is AMAZING!!! He took a smaller sized commercial job for me and found the issues right away, when several other contractors were not able to. He is very professional. His proposal was very throughout and his pricing is very competitive. He was able to schedule the repairs in less than a week from his initial visit without a service contract in place. I m a property manager and I plan to use him a lot more frequently for my residential and small commercial jobs. Excellent contractor!!!!
