Very professional!

The contractor found the outdoor vent for the dryer. On the opposite of the condominium wall from the dryer. Over 30 feet in fact. We are original owners. This service was never done before this!!! The vent was horribly clogged. Also, the flexible hose was badly damaged. The job was done right.

Today Elite came out to clean our air ducts. Originally we were quoted $199.00 to clean them. The guy that came out said that was only for the main ducts. To do all the ducts it was $399.00. Then they tried to upsell us to clean the furnace. And they wanted to install a uv light for additional $400.00 which we declined. So if we knew up front of these additional charges, we certainly would never have used them. This $199.00 was a special they offered. And yes we got suckered. So beware!

Pro did a thorough job and explained it all as he went. He gave me options and didn’t pressure me to choose more services. He explained what was needed and we ended up with a great price and great service.

Technician was friendly and arrived on time. Did a very good job cleaning the dryer vent, although the clean up was less than ideal. I questioned the length of the vent that I was charged for, but didn’t belabor the point. I asked the technician to clean the dryer filter but was advised that they don’t provide that service. This was a little disappointing as other companies have done so in the past. The technician did however show me on his phone the tool to obtain and where to purchase it to clean the filter-which was most appreciated as I have already done this and it worked great! Overall , not a bad experience.

The initial cost for the service was reasonable. I was provided pictures and the tech visually showed me a problem. All vents were cleaned and deodorized in a timely manner. The tech was so friendly. As I was sweeping the tech vacuumed my little pile that left me smiling and engaged with conversation. Fantastic customer service.

So happy we used this service for our vent cleaning. Technician was polite and explained services. Will definitely be using them next year for maintenance.

They cleaned the ac vent but added up extra money one after another that was a lot.

I was quoted one price and charged twice as much because the technician said I needed a deep cleaning. However had he told me how much he would be charging I would have had the option to say yes or no. Needless to say when he gave me the invoice it had double the quoted price. The technician was more interested in my dog than he was in his job. I had to ask him to turn the vacuum cleaner off because it just sat in the hall running when he wasn't using it. Needless to say, I will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. anyone who is using this company make sure they let you know in advance what they will be charging and what they will be doing.

Upon calling to set up the appointment I was asked what level the dryer is on so they would have a laser long enough to clean the outside. I was given the price of $89 with 10 feet included and $8 per additional foot. Mozes was our tech, nice but hard for me to understand well. He told my husband he needed to clean on the roof because that was what can cause water to come into our dryer, and we know there is no vent to the roof only to the outside (side of the house) we said no, just the dryer vent cleaning. That fee was going to be $450, and seeing as we don?t have anything on the roof for the dryer, we refused. Well, then he didn?t clean the outside vent. So $225 just to put the fiber brush in, which will certainly push the lint all the way to the end of the line. He didn?t clean the vent on the outside of the house as every other company has. After close to 2 hrs on phone, no help at all. Paid $225 for nothing. They say it?s standard. Did not call back both days they said.

I submitted my Angi's request and within 30 minutes I had 3 air duct cleaning companies contact me. I went with Elite Home Services after my phone call with David and his follow-up text with all of the information. We booked Elite for today. Dan was my service technician - he texted me when he was 40 minutes out and he was very respectful of the property and friendly. He explained everything to me. I asked for the additional brush service since our system had not been cleaned for 7 years. There was no hard sell of additional services which is very appreciated. I could have gone with the as-advertised special of $199 but I wanted the additional brushing of the ducts for another $100. I am very happy with Elite's speedy booking and work. Well done!

Hello, I hired Elite Home Services through Angi. I requested an HVAC duct cleaning. Initially, they provided me with a quote for regular cleaning for $199. After they also performed sensitization and charged me $200 more. They charged me $399 completely, which is way more for this service. I also had a quote for the same service, which was $350. They claim that they did the deep clean, but it was only sanitization. So basically, they charge me for the service that they did not provide.
