Upon calling to set up the appointment I was asked what level the dryer is on so they would have a laser long enough to clean the outside. I was given the price of $89 with 10 feet included and $8 per additional foot. Mozes was our tech, nice but hard for me to understand well. He told my husband he needed to clean on the roof because that was what can cause water to come into our dryer, and we know there is no vent to the roof only to the outside (side of the house) we said no, just the dryer vent cleaning. That fee was going to be $450, and seeing as we don?t have anything on the roof for the dryer, we refused. Well, then he didn?t clean the outside vent. So $225 just to put the fiber brush in, which will certainly push the lint all the way to the end of the line. He didn?t clean the vent on the outside of the house as every other company has. After close to 2 hrs on phone, no help at all. Paid $225 for nothing. They say it?s standard. Did not call back both days they said.

I submitted my Angi's request and within 30 minutes I had 3 air duct cleaning companies contact me. I went with Elite Home Services after my phone call with David and his follow-up text with all of the information. We booked Elite for today. Dan was my service technician - he texted me when he was 40 minutes out and he was very respectful of the property and friendly. He explained everything to me. I asked for the additional brush service since our system had not been cleaned for 7 years. There was no hard sell of additional services which is very appreciated. I could have gone with the as-advertised special of $199 but I wanted the additional brushing of the ducts for another $100. I am very happy with Elite's speedy booking and work. Well done!

Hello, I hired Elite Home Services through Angi. I requested an HVAC duct cleaning. Initially, they provided me with a quote for regular cleaning for $199. After they also performed sensitization and charged me $200 more. They charged me $399 completely, which is way more for this service. I also had a quote for the same service, which was $350. They claim that they did the deep clean, but it was only sanitization. So basically, they charge me for the service that they did not provide.

The technician did a great job. He was polite, honest with the prices and what was included. Didn’t try to up charge me with services that were needed. He was quick and kept the mess to a minimum. He even went and changed the filters in my units when they arrived when he was here after he was finished. I really like that you are able to pay with a credit card, very convenient. I will definitely recommend this company to others and will use their services again.

The customer service was excellent, he came to the house on time and explained what he thought was the problem. He went on to fix it and the issue is resolved now, he was very professional and pleasant throughout.

Just schedueled the inspection

The Elite Home Services Technician was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Firstly, the Technician performed an inspection of the furnace. He quickly pointed out that the furnace HVAC Air Filter was not installed correctly and he took the time to explain why it was critical to install it correctly for it to work properly. That was quite an awakening for myself & my son who recently inherited the home. Next, he pointed out the years of dust & debris build up inside of the main air duct, which was blowing back into the home’s breathable air. This all made sense, because my son’s home was recently renovated. Lastly, the Technician completed a thoroughly vacuuming and cleaning of the duct work, as well as, he cleaned each in-take vent cover. It was quite a pleasure working with Elite Home Services and the Technician. I was so impressed with the workmanship, that I will be using the company to clean my home’s ducts next year.

The tech did a good, thorough job cleaning the vents; however, I did not get an explanation of why the vents on the lower level, which were located on the ceiling, were not cleaned. Only the vents lovated on the floor were cleaned. ($399 pkg). Because it's a rental property, I requested an early morning appointment to accommodate the renters sleep schedule. I was told I'd be first on the list for my scheduled day and that the tech would be there around 8am. The tech showed up after 9am. The early appointment request was apparently not noted on the job order.

The technician who showed up was more than 2 hours after the stated period, despite his call to inform me that he would arrive within 50 minutes, which was still outside the indicated time. When he inspected my attic unit, he found mold, which I suspected. The initial estimate of $400 ballooned to over $ 3,000. The guy said he would return the next day with the proper equipment at 7:30 am, so that I would be the first customer. Just like the day before, he was extremely late. When he finally arrived, he just dropped all of his equipment onto my hardwood floors. He had nothing to protect my floors. I provided a tarp to help him not scratch my floors. While bringing in his vacuum, he almost broke my screen door. Then, when he plugged his vacuum into the plug, he tripped the circuit breaker, causing my computers to shut down while I was working. The final straw was when he double-charged my credit card. I will never use this service again. They are horrible.

The service was thorough. The unpleasant part was that the promotion said different things than the technician. We had to reason it out. Overall job was done with extra cost than we expected.
