I asked for a quote first, they were the low bid so I chose them. I was very clear about the number of vents to be cleaned. Once the worker got here and set up, he said vents weren't included in the bid. The price doubled. He then pressured me to buy a ultraviolet light to kill germs (not verified by any research). I declined. I did get the spray that now ended up tripling the original bid. After they left and I had paid ( I felt compelled to) , I realized this was a 'switch and bait' scheme. I feel they were dishonest in the original bid. There was no ability to negotiate the difference on site. No manager is ever available. They have refused any concession to make this right. I would not recommend them to anyone based on dishonest bidding and am surprised Angi's gave them the rating they have. Beware to any future homeowners who need this service. Note: they operate under a series of names: Elite Home Services and SafeHouse.

Elite Home Services/Safe House Services did a great job with cleaning my vents and dryer. They were very professional and provided much needed education about my vents and what was needed.

My pro was excellent. He kept me abreast of his arrival time. He was very nice and made professional suggestions to me, all of which I was considering beforehand but his assessment finalized my decision. I highly recommend that people have their air ducts cleaned. You will be surprised at all the dust and other stuff that collects in the ducts. You’re only going to breathing it in…..so hire these guys to take care of it. It’s worth every penny.

The tech called me. Im disable he was at my back door .I was down waiting in my wheelchair with my front door open. There was space in my front door and there were no cars. On the street there were any cars. Before from the back came to the front and pulled off. But I dont know why he went to the back of my house. I asked him why hes in the back of my door. He said what difference does it make .

Did not really like the guy who showed up, I asked questions and was expecting to have a conversation and he started working before even confirming a quote with me, and that is after showing up at a time I had initially indicated I did not want. They got the work done but it was low quality and they used a deodorizer after I asked them to use pet safe stuff. The guy tried to indicate what he was doing was pet safe but deodorizer in general is not pet safe. There were some communication issues and I do not entirely blame them I could have probably been more clear but I would expect the professional to pick up on the things and help someone who understands less to pick up the slack on understanding. Money is not an issue with me so I paid the man, but yea the overall service and equipment just left me wanting will probably hire someone else to follow up and do a better job.

I received a call from the serviceman telling me he was about 20 minutes out. He arrived and immediately went to work on the vents from my clothes dryer to the outside vent. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. He was very thorough, very professional and very polite. The prices were very fair. I will definitely reuse their service again and would recommend the same to anyone in need.

I hired Safe (Elite Home Services) House Duct Cleaning to clean and sanitize my ducts, and they did a fantastic job. Eddie was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done properly. I noticed the difference in air quality right away. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

Not impressed. Showed up on time. Guy didn't clean up mess he made from cleaning vents. I had to ask him to sweep up before he left. Don't think he actually touched all the vents. Seemed in a hurry to finish and go to next appointment. Wouldn't use them again.

They showed up in a timely manner, helped move the washer and dryer around and quickly cleaned out the vents in a thorough manner. Would hire again next time for sure.

The scheduling process was easy, professional and fast. I requested the same day service and although it was not available, Aron tried his best to find an available technician.
