"The sales rep was very attentive when coming over and designing a solution to our heat and air needs. We were able to get a large team of workers here and knocked out an entire house install in one day. Some trash and miscellaneous items were left in our yard. When we needed additional items from the sales rep he will respond back saying he will take care of it but still has not. I have brought this up to him over 4 times and I still get nothing. The price seemed pretty high, and we had to shop the price around some but the company came with good financing options and some guarantees that others could not. The mini-split units work great."

The results from the professional cleaning exceeded my expectation and restored 10-year old carpet to almost new-looking condition. Most notably, they honored my Angie's List purchase from over 1 year ago! I received a confirmation call from a live-person 1-business day before the clearning. I also received a courtesy call the morning of. The two technicans, Bill and Dave were extremely polite, courteous, professional and hard working. They worked quickly but still did a great job. When the left, I discovered how much care was taken. I had a moved a few furniture items in preparation for the clearning and they actually put them back in their original places! They put foam cusion under the furniture legs and of course, wore booties throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for better company and workers to make this process go smoother. His assistant was also very good and worked behind Armando and kept things clean. Also both Amber and Rianna were very helpful and timely in getting answers for me. "I have two mini split systems in my house and one is completely nonfunctional the other was partially functional. Michael was prompt and had both problems diagnosed in minutes. The main system he fixed in a matter of minutes the second smaller system was actually a manufacturer defect that he found thank goodness. We are just waiting for a new part order to complete the job I am 100% satisfied with his work so far.
