Mr. Kelly came to provide estimate and give recommendations for lower level heating/cooling. Estimate was reasonable. The job was scheduled within one week. Workers arrived on time, were considerate of the newly installed carpet by wearing shoe covers. Worked diligently and completed the job ahead of the estimated time (6 hours instead of 8 hours). Cleaned the work area. Foreman for the job explained what had been done, showed me the completed work. Very professional. Would definitely recommend."

I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. The main system he fixed in a matter of minutes the second smaller system was actually a manufacturer defect that he found thank goodness.
