Giovanni came to check the venting and duct cleaning for our clothes dryer. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem with our present setup and gave us alternatives to handle it. He did not try to charge us for unnecessary work. I highly recommend him and C & C for honest and effective advice.

C&C's servicemen were courteous on the phone and in person, helpful in explaining everything they would be doing, and prompt both by arriving on time and in getting the job done in the time frame promised. They left my home as clean as they found it, too. The price, which was calculated according to the number of duct vents counted when they first arrived, ended up below the quote I received ahead of time, which was a nice bonus. Also, I had requested an email quote up front from several services to help me decide on which service to hire, and C&C was the only ones to fulfill that request, again promptly. The quote was right at the average price for homes in this area, as calculated by HomeAdvisor, so the final ticket was less than the average. I am completely satisfied and happy with the job they did and would recommend them

Giovanni was fantastic. He cleaned and sanitize the vent in my house. He even cleaned the trap in my dryer. After doing the job, he cleaned up after himself. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use hime again.
