"After another contractor cancelled my appointment at a late hour, I decided to find an immediate replacement. I moved furniture, cleaned the carpets and waited 4 hours for the previous contractor to cancel last minute... Which turned out to be good for me! Gerald of Carpet Magic was not only immediately responsive, he was courteous, professional and got the job done. My carpets were beyond dirty... Now they look and smell great. I took before and after pictures, they are like night and day. Carpet Magic is the only professionals I will use to clean my carpets!"
