"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"Best Air Quality and Restoration did a spectacular job! I can't say enough about the employees. They did an outstanding job! They were punctual,polite and followed social distancing protocols.They assessed the home and cleaned the air ducts quickly and efficiently. "The sales rep was very attentive when coming over and designing a solution to our heat and air needs. We were able to get a large team of workers here and knocked out an entire house install in one day. Some trash and miscellaneous items were left in our yard. When we needed additional items from the sales rep he will respond back saying he will take care of it but still has not. I have brought this up to him over 4 times and I still get nothing. The price seemed pretty high, and we had to shop the price around some but the company came with good financing options and some guarantees that others could not. The mini-split units work great."

"I have two mini split systems in my house and one is completely nonfunctional the other was partially functional. Michael was prompt and had both problems diagnosed in minutes. The main system he fixed in a matter of minutes the second smaller system was actually a manufacturer defect that he found thank goodness. We are just waiting for a new part order to complete the job I am 100% satisfied with his work so far. Will update on completion but the interaction was professional and I already plan to use him on my next project."

"I would highly recommend HPC Services! They responded quickly when we called for an estimate on a new heat pump. The gentlemen who were in our home installing the unit were professional and polite and very nice to our little dogs. Sergio stayed and answered all of our questions until late in the evening. They offered us a free duct cleaning and that was completed on Monday after the Friday install. Emmett worked quickly and professionally. He was so very nice and easy to talk to.
