I found Aire Serve using this site. I struggled to find a quality service provider. Until I came across Aire Serv, their professionals came to my property. They investigated the problem and resolved my issue. After I had three others attempt to fix my heating issue. Aire serve was able to identify the part, find it, install it and get my heat up and operational before the first major winter storm of the season. I appreciate their professionalism. Fair pricing and they even brought another issue to my attention and offered to fix in another service visit. If you are considering this company. I suggest you use them and give their services a try.

This company is honest and affordable. However, my project was not completed due to how the previous thermostat on my HVAC system was wired. In order to install a new thermostat, I would have had to had new wiring run between floors which would have cost at least several hundred dollars. At that time I decided now to continue with the project. The technician did his assessment, made several trips and a follow up in order to get to this point so the company did their due diligence in getting me to this point.

The technicians that came out took the time to explain to us how we could better care for our AC unit and wasn't eager to charge us! The sad thing is we had a company service our AC units that same day and what the company "claimed" to have fixed, they didn't fix at all...luckily, that company did not charge us for it.

Our problem was a small one, a blown capacitor, and was remedied within 3 hours of our call! While that is quite impressive, nothing was quite as prompt as promised, and the price seemed a bit steep for the mere 30 minutes the technician was here.

I asked for Greg because I saw great reviews about him online and wanted him to come out and service my furnace. Unfortunately my experience was horrible. Greg and I had a pleasant conversation over the phone before he got to my house and explained to me that it maybe my motor in my furnace. Greg came to my house and told me it wasn't my motor and that I needed to change my filter. I disagreed but he said my motor was fine. Last night my motor went out and its 40 degrees in my house. Called another company because obliviously Greg didn't know what he was talking about.

My Tenant let me know that the apartment was without heat. When I got home from work I was frantically calling contractors to come and repair the unit. The first 3 that I contacted said they could not come out until the next day. It was bitterly cold and "the next day" was not a acceptable answer. Finally I was contacted by Greg Perry of Aire Serv. He told me that he could come that night. He arrived within the hour (I was shocked and very pleased). Greg worked in the bitter cold to diagnose and fix the problem. He was very friendly, very professional and got the job done in no time. I highly recommend Greg and because of him I will get a maintenance contract from his company.

this company came out of PG County which I live in Charles County they really don't service that much in Charles County but looking to expand there business. This is a wonderful company after trying several companies and Charles County getting turn down or they didn't work on oil furnaces, I found this company on home advisor. wonderful wonderful people polite nice technician love them and I want to know how much I appreciate them for the work they did and I have a crawl space.
