Scottie was on time. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Went a little beyond what was expected. His charge was very reasonable. Tested new thermostat and discovered a wiring issue that other techs from larger companies neglected when doing a ,"check/tune up. He took care of it and he didn't charge me extra.
