Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

"I would highly recommend HPC Services! They responded quickly when we called for an estimate on a new heat pump. The gentlemen who were in our home installing the unit were professional and polite and very nice to our little dogs. Sergio stayed and answered all of our questions until late in the evening. They offered us a free duct cleaning and that was completed on Monday after the Friday install. Emmett worked quickly and professionally. He was so very nice and easy to talk to. "I have two mini split systems in my house and one is completely nonfunctional the other was partially functional. Michael was prompt and had both problems diagnosed in minutes. The main system he fixed in a matter of minutes the second smaller system was actually a manufacturer defect that he found thank goodness. We are just waiting for a new part order to complete the job I am 100% satisfied with his work so far. Will update on completion but the interaction was professional and I already plan to use him on my next project."
