"John did an amazing job designing and building custom cabinets, bookshelves, and stairs for our dog. He is conscientious, flexible, and efficient in his work, has a great eye for detail, and went above and beyond in making sure the finished work was perfect. I would recommend him without hesitation."

"Deckmaster provided a free estimate for carpentry repair work on my wooden deck and fence, and also for a powerwash and reseal of the deck, deck stairs, and a fence. I contracted them to do the carpentry only (the powerwash/sealing was more than double the cost I normally pay). Scheduling was done within a week or so, and I was very pleased with the work Gustavo and his assistant did. The repair was done carefully and competently, and showed good attention to detail. I would definitely call Deckmaster again if I needed any repair work done."

"I was faced with the daunting task of remodeling my 40 year old homes exterior. There was a lot of damaged wood and made looking at this project very difficult. The team at Home Genius were very great at putting my mind at ease when dealing with the siding. There?s were very intricate details in finishing my project and the crew really did a fantastic job putting it all together."

"Wilson is a skilled craftsman who has rescued so many of my fine antique pieces over the last 15 years. He is extremely talented and very easy to work with. I have given him broken, stained, desiccated and otherwise damaged wooden items that he has restored to their original beauty. I find his prices quite moderate and his work exceptional."

"We hit Terry with a multitude of tasks. Siding repair, stucco work, garrage trim repair, and even last minute electrical troubleshooting. He met every challenge with ease. Courteous, thorough, and craftsmanship are only a few traits I can use to describe him. We are already planning more work for him!"

"Luis Vazquez and his crew arrived promptly (to the minute) to perform the work that we'd agreed on. They are extremely nice and professional. We started out last fall by having them do small drywall projects in the living room and dining room and they did such a fantastic job that they were soon working all over the house. They repaired walls, did carpentry, and painted the entire interior of our house. We've found them to be incredibly skilled at everything they do. We have an older home that we've just moved in to and so it needs a lot. We have had Luis back more than 5 times to do work for us and he is coming back again this Saturday to give us an estimate on redoing our kitchen. He and his crew are now our trusted "go to" guys! I cannot recommend them highly enough. "

"Mr. Chapman sent two of his contractors to help me to build two tacks and organize and store all of my personal items on the shelves in part of the basement and garage. The young men worked really hard for 7 hours non stop and they were perfect gentleman who followed instructions very well and they knew exactly what to do. If you need a handyman. I recommend them."

"I have used many contractors in my life. But Eric was above and beyond any I have used, He made sure he did it right with great solutions to little problems. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman and especially Eric, well done!"

"Excellent. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to accomplish. The company president ended up making the trip to my house for the complimentary plan and estimate. I was highly improved with his attention to my needs, recommendations to get the most out of the space and keep costs down for me. We were able to build hanging side out to full depth available and, without looking strange, drop the next 2 sections back to avoid interfering with the window valance. By keeping the surface color close to the wall paint most people are greatly impressed by the storage and the fact that it doesn't detract from the overall space. Did have to be dismantled to re-carpet the room but was surprised that the carpet crew was able to pay careful attention to the pieces and reassemble with very little difficulty (though at lest 3 people required). Many commented as I intended....great selling point for this bedroom."

"He did an AMAZING job for about 1/3 of what I expected and that's without the heck duty pet resistant screens he installed. Oh, came and took screens, worked on them at his place then returned and installed them 1 week later. Tried to post experience on my condo's message board website but post was never approved. I assume because they recommend a different provider that as stated is way more expensive. I will pass Dex's info on directly to neighbors who I have told directly about this experience. Oh, BTW, really nice guy, great with comma and on time! Lesson learned: Stratford Condominium in Reston's new Management Company is probably getting kickbacks and sucks! If you are my neighbor this is Asron V in building 2. Pics: Before, stupid cat pushed through disintegrating screen and was hanging out on ledge (back of bldg is 5+ stories up) and after, with heavy duty screens! ?"
