The work included internal wall removal; complete bathrooms' renovation including tiling and fixtures; full kitchen renovation including cabinet planning and installation, island installation, and tiling; pocket door installation; hardwood floors installation; wiring and electric work including recessed lights; carpentry and painting. The cost was in the ballpark of the Angie automatic estimate. Demetrius understood the scope of the work requested, was easy to communicate with, was respectful of property, sheeted or covered all non-movable items, and laid down floor protection. Pricing is by the job, not the hour. Materials in my case were extra but charged at cost with the receipt to prove it. Payment is cash, check, or Zelle only. There was no bill of materials price estimate provided, so someone unfamiliar with the materials required to do the job may not have been able to calculate the material cost accurately. I highly recommend Demetrius for any small carpentry jobs you may have and I will definitely be using him again."

Al was our PM for the demolition and build-out phases. Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."

"APX turned out to be the best option for us. Originally recommended by one of our neighbors we selected APX because it offered a fair price and because Alex gave her sage advice to help finalize what we wanted to do. Under his contract we had to pay for the labor and materials separately with the materials being reimbursed as they were purchased either by ourselves or by the contractor. This was kind of a good thing because my wife wanted to take a lot of time to pick just the right tile and other furnishings for the remodel. In addition, Alex helped us pick out the material materials, actually coming to the floor decor store and to Home Depot with us. He and his employees actually picked up the stainless steel. Bathtub to make sure that the one we actually got didn’t have any chips or blemishes was a common problem I saw in the reviews for all the stainless steel bathtubs.. He also picked up the heavy tiles. The construction did a very nice job and it looks great."
