We had cleared our septic tank 3 months prior and the basement flooded with clean water! We had hired a plumbing company 2 nights in a row...no clear answers despite hours of work!! Then I reached Angie.. Mr. Edgars daughter , Mr. Edgar overheard me, and spoke to me at 8:45 pm... on a Saturday night !!!! He did not have to... but he did. He found the problem....the following day I watched the most synchronized orchestra by the team ! Still mesmerized by the way the work was carried out! I work in health care, I am a business woman and I love classical music! Let me tell you all, their work is innovative! "My septic tank was over flowing. The drain pipe was obstructed. I call my normal guy on Thursday no response. Friday came and went. Saturday, still no response. Went to Home Advisor and with in an hour Innovative called and gave me a time they would be there. They pumped the tank and cleared the drain pipe. I was expecting a major expense but they were just fifty dollars more than the regular guy - who still has not responded to voice messages left on his emergency number. I appreciated the quick response, the complete job, and a reasonable price. I will be using the company going forward. Exceptional customer service."
