"Luis Vazquez and his crew arrived promptly (to the minute) to perform the work that we'd agreed on. They are extremely nice and professional. We started out last fall by having them do small drywall projects in the living room and dining room and they did such a fantastic job that they were soon working all over the house. They repaired walls, did carpentry, and painted the entire interior of our house. We've found them to be incredibly skilled at everything they do. We have an older home that we've just moved in to and so it needs a lot. We have had Luis back more than 5 times to do work for us and he is coming back again this Saturday to give us an estimate on redoing our kitchen. He and his crew are now our trusted "go to" guys! "The painter arrived on time. I provided the paint; he provided the brush and covering for the front sidewalk and back cement area next to the door. There is cement between the porch floor and the brick wall. He painted the cement but we had a disagreement about whether he left paint on the brick ; he said no and I said yes. There was an area of white paint on the brick; when I touched it with my finger there was paint on my finger. The area below the cement was not covered up during the painting process and now shows paint. The back door had not been painted in many years and had cracked paint. The painter scraped off the old paint on the door and around the door frame. The company provided a discount for being an Angie's List member. This company office was difficult to reach prior to coming for the paint job. I called the office but calls were not quickly returned. I was advised to buy a specific brand of paint but when I had additional questions no one from the office contacted me."

Oh, came and took screens, worked on them at his place then returned and installed them 1 week later. Tried to post experience on my condo's message board website but post was never approved. I assume because they recommend a different provider that as stated is way more expensive. I will pass Dex's info on directly to neighbors who I have told directly about this experience. Oh, BTW, really nice guy, great with comma and on time! Lesson learned: Stratford Condominium in Reston's new Management Company is probably getting kickbacks and sucks!
