They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. "We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. "The work was excellent, however what was described and what was done differed. The maximum was described as the most extensive repairs. The repair entailed minimal digging and just the sealing of the main drain. It just 3.5 feet below the ground. One shrub was removed. They did not dig to the foyndation since they felt they found the issue. They did not reduce the price and that disturbed me since it was discussed."
