"When scheduling an appointment, they recommended cleaning the vents after I had carpet and wood floors installed. I asked if a video of the vent/duct in one bedroom could be done to determine if something was blocking the air flow, which was a service the company could provide. I also I was provided a quote by phone for the number of vents in my home. The quote was accurate when the servicemen arrived. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable.
