"When scheduling an appointment, they recommended cleaning the vents after I had carpet and wood floors installed. I asked if a video of the vent/duct in one bedroom could be done to determine if something was blocking the air flow, which was a service the company could provide. I also I was provided a quote by phone for the number of vents in my home. The quote was accurate when the servicemen arrived. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The lead person explained everything that was being done prior to the work being performed on the unit.
