Excellent service. Quick to respond to the Angi notification and quick to be out to our house for an estimate. It was a relatively small job reseating two sinks, but Ferney took the time to explain everything and make sure it was all done to the highest standard

Leal replaced the bathroom exhaust fan and removed yellowed and molded caulking and replaced the caulking with bathroom grade caulking.

Ferney did an excellent job resurfacing my window! He was very communicative, worked around my schedule, and his work was very professional. I would happily hire Ferney again for any handyman or remodeling work around my home.

I can only repeat what others have said here. Ferney and his crew were excellent to work with and his workmanship was first rate. He listened to what I wanted done (unlike two other people who gave us estimates) and gave me an estimate to do the work I wanted that I thought was fair and reasonable. They were careful to get everything right during our bathroom remodel and they cleaned up at the end of every day. To keep costs down I was planning to do the finishing work (install vanity, sinks, faucets, toilet, mirrors etc.) but half way through the job I broke my foot and was in a cast so I couldn't do the work. Ferney fitted the extra work into his busy schedule and the change order for the work was also at a reasonable price. My wife and I can heartily recommend Leal Remodeling. Thanks Ferney!

I chose LEAL Remodeling to install a recessed medicine cabinet into a fully tiled wall because they had such high ratings and they did not disappoint! In fact they did a perfect job. They had to move some venting pipes and then frame out the cabinet. There was some electrical involved as well. Additionally they covered all the floors and fixtures during the installation and then meticulously cleaned up when they were done. The project took 8 -9 hours and there were 2 men. The project cost was $1500 which I feel was very fair. I’ll be hiring LEAL for more projects this spring and summer.

Mr Leal is the handyman I’ve been searching for! He handled multiple small projects, including electrical and plumbing for me. He explained why I had the issues and resolved them all in a timely manner. He responded promptly to my request for work, arrived as scheduled, gave an honest reasonable estimate and cleaned up. I recommend him highly to anyone!

Very professional from start to finish of job. Fine attention to detail for every aspect of the painting work. Prepared walls carefully before painting. Edges of painted area very sharp and no paint splatters etc. left areas clean. For curtain rod placement measured height to place and assured fell at correct length to the floor (which was not what the curtain package had specified in inches. Plumber did nice job with replacing toilet parts.

Ferney renovated my whole house. The work included internal wall removal; complete bathrooms' renovation including tiling and fixtures; full kitchen renovation including cabinet planning and installation, island installation, and tiling; pocket door installation; hardwood floors installation; wiring and electric work including recessed lights; carpentry and painting. His last work was building a new wooden deck on the existing foundation.The work was done on the highest level both in terms of the skills and mastery, communication, and the level of trust. Ferney truly took care of my house as though it was his own - no shortcuts or sloppiness, including putting everything in orderly organized way at the end of each day. He has a lot of experience and he suggested many useful features. Personally he is an exceptionally honest and sincere person, and he is a pleasure to work with. He is the first person on my list for the work that is needed in the house.

Ferney Leal and his team do superb work on everything ranging from design to carpentry to finished work to household repair to exterior renovation. He is the only person I have every hired who does a better job than I would do myself if I had the capabilities to do the work. I will not go to anyone else if Ferney Leal can do a job.

Everything went well. Ferney did some painting, fixed railings, fixed door handles, re-did a closet, installed screen windows and made some repairs to our bathroom. He is a serious craftsman and takes great pride in his work. I plan on using him again.

Ferney Leal had done such a great job at my house, I hired him and his company to put down peel-and-stick vinyl tiles in my mother's basement. Once again, he was an excellent communicator, sending me updates, photos and videos of the work-in-progress as he went along. He was always there when he said he would be. When putting the original estimate together, he noticed some of the floor moulding had been removed so he offered to replace it. The basement looks great! My mother's favorite part is that he and his helpers would sing while they worked. She loved it! I will definitely use Leal services again when I need more remodeling and handyman work done at my house or my mom's.

From quote and estimation, consultation, completion of the work. Ferney Leal and his workers are true professionals. I've hired them for first last spring to remove a built in cabinet and refinish the wall surface and ceiling by prep and painting. I hired them a second time to repaint almost our entire upstairs, and recaulk a bathroom and install a new bathroom vent fan. They are SOOOO Careful, they take the time to prep each service, they take pride in their work and I have been more than satisfied. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive,..... it's a fair price. I'd bring them back again.

Once again Ferney Leal did a great job for a reasonable price. The patio had been neglected for a number of years but the Ferney's work not refreshed but enhanced to look of the area making a much more pleasant place to sit outside. This is the second time we have engaged the services of Leal Remodeling -Painting and Handyman services and remain very impressed with the quality of the work, the attention to detail and Ferney's always pleasant manner.

They used high quality materials, took their time, and did the work with care. They did detailed touches like caulking seams, repairing window frames. And the paint job was excellent. They did a fantastic job removing the cabinetry, refinishing the backing wall, matching the paint EXACTLY... It looks great. I know Ferney Leal and his company do MORE then just handyman services, I will definitely make sure I get quotes from them for future work.

The basics: Ferney Leal is extremely conscientious about the work he does and is very courteous. I would definitely hire him again. Longer story: Ferney always showed up when he said he would. His final bill did not exceed his initial estimate. He and his co-worker were very careful about covering things up, cleaning along the way, letting me know when they had to make noise, notifying me when they took breaks, etc. Ferney called me over several times to show what he was doing, why he was doing it, and to OK the work with me. The work consisted of removing and replacing molding around the window, cutting out a section of drywall, replacing the drywall, painting the drywall, and caulking parts of the window frame.

Mr. Leal arrived on time when promised and finished on time so I could move into my house. His work was spot on and he kept me up to date on the project. I was happy to use him.

Beautiful work on all projects! Mr. Leal and his staffer Carlos arrived on time and worked quickly, cleanly and professionally. They even made friends with my very skittish black Labrador Retriever while they were here. The end results of all work look like they were always a part of my kitchen. Mr. Leal always checked in, let me see his progress and let me know where he was leaving off at the end of each day. His attention to detail and careful work ethic showed as My home is over 100 years old. It takes skill to understand how to plaster and edge, adjust original doors and lay flooring in a very small laundry room. I will definitely be calling him again for other work!
