Pricing is by the job, not the hour. Materials in my case were extra but charged at cost with the receipt to prove it. Payment is cash, check, or Zelle only. There was no bill of materials price estimate provided, so someone unfamiliar with the materials required to do the job may not have been able to calculate the material cost accurately. He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements.
