After I requested an estimate, I got a quick call from the office to schedule a time for one of their comfort advisors to come out to our home. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house.
