"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. "From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. Steve was amazing.! then I was greeted with a visit with Manny who sold me on the value of HL Bowman partnering unit with Home Depot made by Honeywell. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs. Lastly, I had a follow up the day after it was installed with Jesse who did a fabulous job inspecting and making sure the unit was running efficiently and properly as well as his knowledge of showing me proper thermostat settings. "The installers seemed to be quite knowledgeable and professional. They concentrated on doing the lob, were thorough and pleasant. They answered all questions to my satisfaction. Everything was done on time and all equipment and workers arrived on schedule. They were careful not to create any excess dust during the installation and did a good job of cleaning up when the work was done. In spite of the attic temperature being well over 80 degrees, they worked continuously and finished on schedule. I would recommend Airco Home Comfort Services to anyone who is looking for a high quality, professional job. They demonstrated the technical knowledge and engineering capabilities to evaluate the job and to select the right equipment for my requirements, more so than several other providers were able to do. I was not looking for the least expensive job, but for the best engineering capabilities for a fairly large house with a good sized, north facing sun room and many windows.

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. "Michael is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. He’s exactly who you wish the folks working on your home are like. He has an amazing attention to detail, meticulous, and puts safety above all else. When he realized my boiler couldn’t be put in just yet because of further water damage, he had a water remediation company come in TWO hours to instantly start the process. When he realized my hoses needed updating, he made sure to call it to my attention and had them switched out. For work outside of his scope, he still makes sure to let you know what’s the best for future proofing your home. Above all, he’s communicative, on time, honest, and always there when I have a question. Plus, you can tell he really cares about his craft, and that translates to the job. He chooses the best solution for your situation. My only complaint is I wish he did literally everything else outside of plumbing! I’d want a Michael version of a carpenter, electrician, every day handyman. He‘s that good!"

After I requested an estimate, I got a quick call from the office to schedule a time for one of their comfort advisors to come out to our home. Sam, my comfort advisor was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated his low pressure presentation. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house. The installation went very well, and they installed a temporary water heater so we were only without hot water for less than a day. For the day we were without heat, they brought in plenty of space heaters to make us comfortable for that night. "The removal and installation went very well. Darren, our contact, evaluated our heating requirements and specified a state of the art high efficient system as we requested. Darren and Atlantic Heating & A/C also accommodated our request to bring the system on line before the upcoming cold weather. They successfully completed the work by mid October. The removal of the old equipment and the installation of the new system went smoothy with minimum impact on our home. The crew was highly skilled and very professional. We were also grateful that Atlantic Heating prepared the application for a rebate from the gas company. We received the rebate within a couple weeks of completion of the work.
