Jason spent an hour on the phone with me about the unit and i know any of them would stop by if we needed more help. We were worried about what we heard about the noise factor with high velocity units and these guys take great care to design the lengths and add sound-dampening material to the last 3 feet of the vents. The whole system is super impressive. Couldn't recommend them highly enough."
