Water heater was purchased from a reputable HVAC supplier, installed quickly, and all waste was removed from the job site. Very satisfied with the service, great communication, and I would strongly recommend using Coastal again for my projects, for neighbors and friends.

Both of them faced with a difficult job site, they took care to cause as little mess as was possible (no small feat) as well as to protect themselves from harm (even more important) while providing excellent service. I had a new gas hot water tank installed-replaced my 12 yr old tank. I've had it for about a week-so far everything is great. They gave me a quote right over the phone for free (the quote was close to half of some others-and they told me the exact model they would install), not the bs from some of the larger companies that want a "deposit" to come and give you a "personalized" quote. ( a quick note about this-if these larger companies have the expertise they claim-they should have done hundreds of hw tank replacements, have no more than one or two options, and know exactly how much it cost.-I shouldn't have to pay extra for a couple of guys to come to my home and make a show of it by taking pictures and pretending to make measurements...) Ken and his son (Ken also I think) were very straightforward, polite, and efficient, They will be my first call the next time I need a plumber. I definitely recommend them.
