"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"Reading the other reviews I'm a bit horrified and thinking about going up and checking by myself, though the roof is pretty steep so I rather live... but we had overall great experience. Quick appointment, believable explanations and the price seemed to be right (we didn't bring anyone else to quote, so cannot state if for 100%). The roof itself seemed to be reasonable, but then we added the chimney cap and that was quoted at $1500 and then lowered to $1200. Is that the right price - I do not know, but since they were already on the roof I assumed asking them is easier than looking for new contractor. The dumpster was left couple of days over - which made our life a bit difficult since it was taking our drive-way, but it was promptly removed upon request. Honestly - I'm very happy with the job and I think I will call them again if I had another roof. One more thing - read very carefully the financing agreement if you financing. I read it and we decided to opt out of it and just pay by credit card. Pretty scary."

He provided me with a reasonable price and was able to perform the work the next day. He communicated throughout and provided a sketch of the roof and itemized the work to be performed. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none! Dave Harrison came to our house, walking us through all the steps and answering whatever questions we had. We felt very good about our decision. The roofing team arrived earlier this past week.
