"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. "It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested.

We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."

"Reading the other reviews I'm a bit horrified and thinking about going up and checking by myself, though the roof is pretty steep so I rather live... but we had overall great experience. Quick appointment, believable explanations and the price seemed to be right (we didn't bring anyone else to quote, so cannot state if for 100%). The roof itself seemed to be reasonable, but then we added the chimney cap and that was quoted at $1500 and then lowered to $1200. Is that the right price - I do not know, but since they were already on the roof I assumed asking them is easier than looking for new contractor. The dumpster was left couple of days over - which made our life a bit difficult since it was taking our drive-way, but it was promptly removed upon request. Honestly - I'm very happy with the job and I think I will call them again if I had another roof. One more thing - read very carefully the financing agreement if you financing. I read it and we decided to opt out of it and just pay by credit card. Pretty scary."

"Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."
